Peggy Wilson started her own company in 1997 as Peggy Wilson & Associates. Located in Duncan on Highway 290 directly across from River Falls Plantation Golf Community.

Weichert, Realtors® Peggy Wilson & Associates began in 2002, when Peggy made the decision to expand her company by joining forces with the national real estate sales network Weichert, Realtors®.

Education is an important part of our company environment.  At sales meetings we incorporate education on technology and real estate related issues.  Our training continues on into our class room where photography, price trend analysis, marketing, etc are
taught on a continuing basis.  We also encourage our agents to increase their knowledge of the industry through earning designations.

Our affiliation with The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World allows us to connect with companies who must meet high quality standards to handle business we send through our referral network.  In turn we must also meet the required standards to accept incoming referrals from anywhere in the world.

Believing that in order to bring change to the world, we must start with children, Weichert, Realtors® Peggy Wilson & Associates established a charitable fund which
has raised over $200,000 that has been contributed to local charities and organizations
including the Spartanburg Children’s Shelter, The Girl Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Spartanburg, the YMCA, Mobile Meals, The United Way of the Piedmont and Local Schools.
